A. In-Stock Products:
For products that are in stock, we typically require 1-2 business days to process your order. It is estimated to be delivered within 10-20 business days.
B. Out-of-Stock Products:
For products that are out of stock, there will be a wait of 4 to 6 business days before shipping can commence. It is estimated to be delivered within 15-25 business days. Products marked as "New Style" are new arrivals for easier identification. We will do our best to restock and arrange delivery for you as soon as possible.
Please note that the above times are provided as a reference, and the actual shipping time may vary due to geographical location, transportation conditions, and other factors. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time and provide a shipping tracking number for you to track the status of your order.
2.Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your products have been shipped. The email will include the shipping address, tracking number, carrier, and the products purchased. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. 3. Please note that if you purchase more than one product, we will split the order for shipment based on stock availability. This ensures that products that are in stock are delivered to you as soon as possible. For products that are not in stock, we will replenish your order as soon as possible and arrange delivery once the replenishment arrives.
If your order needs to be split for delivery, you may receive multiple packages. Each package will have a corresponding delivery tracking number so that you can track the status of your package at any time.
